To be eligible for an exchange:
+ The item must be faulty or damaged upon receipt.
+ It must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
+ Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges for reasons other than faults or damages.
